At ZenGlow we offer exceptional relaxation rituals, but please remember that we are a professional wellness studio, not a place for sexual services or special requests of that nature.

Any inappropriate sexual comments, requests or behaviour towards our therapists will result in the immediate end of the treatment, without refund, and refusal of future bookings.

Privacy and safety

For the comfort, privacy and security of our guests and therapists, anyone accompanying a guest, including friends with back-to-back appointments, is kindly asked to wait outside the studio or at a nearby café until their own appointment begins.

Please also be aware that our entrance area is monitored by CCTV for security purposes. There are no cameras in the treatment rooms.
