For ritual bookings

• More than 24 hours before your appointment — cancel or reschedule for free, and we refund your deposit in full. Refunds arrive in your account within 5–10 business days.
• Within 24 hours of your appointment — the deposit is forfeit. We have held the time and prepared for you, and the slot is unlikely to be filled at short notice.
• No-shows — the deposit is forfeit.

How to cancel or reschedule

Three easy ways:

• Click the Manage your booking link in your confirmation email and select cancel.
• Reply to your confirmation email.
• Call or WhatsApp us on +351 927 772 830.

Rescheduling more than 24 hours before is always free and never affects your deposit.

For memberships

Cancel from your member portal at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access (and the ritual for that month) until then. You are not charged again.

For gift vouchers

Once a voucher has been delivered to the recipient, it is non-refundable. If something genuinely went wrong with the order (wrong recipient, wrong amount, never delivered), email us within 7 days of purchase and we will sort it out.

When we cancel

If we have to cancel your appointment — illness, equipment problem, anything unavoidable — we will let you know as soon as possible and either reschedule or refund your deposit in full, your choice.

Refund timing

All refunds go back to the original payment card via Stripe. Stripe processes them immediately but it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
