By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms. They are governed by Portuguese law; any disputes will be heard in the courts of Faro, Algarve.

Who you are contracting with

When you book a ritual, buy a membership, or buy a gift voucher, your contract is with Brilhempedacos Unipessoal, Lda (NIF 517 386 550), Rua do Comércio 168, 8135-127 Almancil, Algarve, Portugal, operating ZenGlow Studio.

Booking a ritual

• All bookings require a deposit paid by card at the time of booking. The balance is paid at the studio.
• The deposit holds your time and covers preparation. It is subject to the cancellation policy.
• Prices shown on the site are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where we believe a treatment would not be safe or appropriate. In that case we refund the deposit in full.
• Some treatments may have contraindications (e.g., the Japanese Head Spa cannot be performed on clients with hair extensions). Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy when booking so we can advise.

Memberships

• The ZenGlow Ritual Membership is a recurring monthly subscription managed by Stripe.
• It includes one Japanese Head Spa per month plus one rotating ritual (your choice from the eligible list).
• Unused months do not carry over.
• You may cancel at any time from your member portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to update membership pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing members keep their original rate for a minimum of 3 months from any announced change.

Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be redeemed against any ritual at the studio. If the chosen ritual costs more than the voucher value, the difference is paid at the studio.
• Voucher value is not redeemable for cash.

Website use

• The content of this website (copy, photography, design) is the intellectual property of ZenGlow Studio or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce it for commercial use without our permission.
• We try to keep the site accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Prices, availability, and ritual descriptions may change without notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, we limit our liability to the amount you have paid for the affected ritual or membership month. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date below shows the current version. Material changes affecting bookings already in place will be communicated by email.
