Cookie policy.
What cookies we use and why. Short list, none of them sold to third parties.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file your browser stores so a website can remember things between visits — like which language you chose, or that you are logged in. Some cookies are essential (the site cannot function without them). Others are optional and can be declined.
The cookies we use
Essential cookies (always on)
zg_lang— remembers your chosen language (EN / PT / DE). Expires after 12 months. Set by us.wordpress_logged_in_*— only set if you log into the studio dashboard (staff only). Expires when you log out.__stripe_mid/__stripe_sid— set by Stripe during checkout for fraud prevention. Stripe is our payment processor; without these you cannot pay a deposit. Read Stripe’s cookie policy.- LiteSpeed Cache — may set short-lived cookies to deliver the right page version. No personal data.
Analytics cookies (anonymous aggregation only)
_ga,_ga_*— Google Analytics 4. Tells us roughly how many people visit and which pages are popular. Anonymised IP, no personal profiling. Read Google’s privacy practices.
How to control cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time:
If you block essential cookies, parts of the site — particularly the booking flow — will stop working. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on functionality.
Do we track you across other sites?
No. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not share cookie data with social networks or ad networks.
